The course offers an overview of many aspects of real estate, including brokerage, and legal and financial aspects of property acquisition and development. As always, Lisa plans to bring a bit of humor into it as well, using many real-life examples. See you in class!

The Floridan Hotel The Shasteen-Sizemore Co. assisted the owner of the Floridan Hotel, a national historic landmark in downtown Tampa , to acquire the hotel. Recently, we assisted him in acquiring most of a neighboring city block as well. Our broker, Lisa Shasteen, continues to represent the owner as his attorney and is working with him in all aspects of the development process. This exciting project promises to revitalize an important landmark and revitalize an entire section of downtown Tampa .
