College News! Lisa Shasteen was recently hired to develop and teach a course entitled Real Estate Business Fundamentals at a local college. The course offers an overview of many aspects of real estate, including brokerage, and legal and financial aspects of property acquisition and development. As always, Lisa plans to bring a bit of humor into it as well, using many real-life examples. See you in class!

The Floridan Hotel The Shasteen-Sizemore Co. assisted the owner of the Floridan Hotel, a national historic landmark in downtown Tampa , to acquire the hotel.
